The BetaMatch Calculations Result Template will automatically calculate accepted power for the best possible matching network after each solver run in CST. This will only have effect if the load is included. You can automatically set up an S-parameter task and calculate the simulation results in CST Design Studio by ticking the boxes in the Task and Simulation settings. There is an option to also export the MWS project (if available), but because stability problems on certain platforms this option is disabled by default. If the load is included it will be exported as a one-port Touchstone block. If the load is not included the network will be stand-alone and two external ports will automatically be created in Design Studio. In the Load settings box you can chose to include the load or not. The first option will cascade all the components into one single Touchstone block whereas the second option will create a Touchstone block for each components. In the last case the results may differ between CST and BetaMatch due to differences between ideal and measured components. The Network Settings gives the choice between using Touchstone files for the components (which will give exactly the same results) or to convert the components into ideal equivalent components. The CST Export window is opened by selecting File Menu –> Export and Open in CST Design Studio.: The matching network can be exported back to CST a new Design Studio canvas in a few different formats.
